Was rescheduled to this location more than a month after my original appointment. The morning of the day of my appointment I got a call that my service was cancelled. I have been waiting for this appointment for weeks and it’s just extremely disappointing as I feel like my treatment has been set behind. I love the people and space when I am there, they are always clean and respectful but the lack of consideration of my time is disheartening.
I just had my first session with Katie and had a really good experience. The discomfort was extremely minimal and Katie was great about making sure I was comfortable and explained everything. Looking forward to my second session.
Updating my review to say that the team here is literally amazing! I upgraded from one face area to full coverage and they were so helpful making sure I got the best price. Incredible service and the nicest people ever, I can’t recommend them enough
