The only complaint I have is that your team cleaned only one side of my throw rug. It took all of 20 minutes to do one side so the price ($70) should have included both sides.Service: Carpet steam cleaning
Wow - I can't say enough how thankful we are that we chose Mass Carpet for our project! We were so impressed with their prices and the professional job they did in every room. Our dust and grime was gone, there were cushions looking brand new and everything looks ready to go! We look forward to dealing with them again in the future. We feel like this has saved us tons of time, energy and effort throughout this week and wish everyone luck on their own quests to find the right cleaning service (especially if tiles are included!) Calling this company to do my carpets was the best decision I've ever made. They arrived on time and did such a thorough job. It's like my carpets are new again. I'm so glad I found these guys
