The people are nice - but my teeth never hurt until AFTER they worked on my mouth.
I had several cavities filled in May, of which some on the left side of my mouth are causing me intense pain - more than I've ever had. Flossing makes me want to cry, and I've had to move to chewing everything on the opposite side of my mouth because it hurts too much. I went back a few weeks after and they took x-rays again and adjusted the bite of one filling hoping it would fix the issue, and said the other option was that moisture got into the filling while they were working, and if that was the case, it would have to be redone (something that I wouldn't... read full review

Generally helpful with quickly diagnosing and setting up appointments for my issue, and accommodating me even though I had a trip planned. My teeth feel much better now.
There was some billing confusion, which they were eventually able to help me figure out, but only after trying to bill me a couple hundred dollars more than expected.
Before resolving the issue, I received some phone calls from an automated AI bot about an outstanding balance without any explanation. I genuinely thought it was a scam call until I clarified with the office?. The AI bot phone number is not listed on their site, and the bot isn't capable of informing... read full review
