Called and setup an appointment for a leaky skylight but no one showed up. They did not cancel, did not respond to phone calls or texts at the office or the cell provided.

I discovered a skylight leak, called Brighton Roofing and Gutters as they were well reviewed. Frank told me someone would be out the following day and we exchanged info. The next day noone came and no word. I followed up, no reply for 2 days, when he said his partner would be out the next day. Again following day no show and no word. Totally unreliable.
