Brighton Laundry & Dry Cleaners is a family-owned business that offers high-quality laundry and dry cleaning services. They provide alterations, wash/dry/fold services, and have extra large washers for bulky items. The team is attentive to detail and willing to go above and beyond to meet customers' needs. They also have a dry cleaner and a well-priced tailor who makes quick work of alterations, often within a couple of days. Customers appreciate that the place is clean, and it is easy to use, as you don't need quarters for the dryers. The staff can be very helpful, and the prices are fair. For urgent repairs, the dry cleaner can fix items quickly, sometimes within 48 hours. Overall, Brighton Laundry & Dry Cleaners offers convenient services such as pickup and delivery, making life easier for their loyal customers.
The two female employees I spoke to here were very kind and helpful. The male employee (the same one everyone else is complaining about in the reviews) is shockingly rude. I called to ask about prices, and he hung up on me. When I came in person today he was equally rude when I was confused about the payment card.
I have been going here since 2011 i have done wash and fold, all kinds of alterations, large wash items, bulk cleaning and even buying some
left over clothing in a pinch. The best clothing cleaning service in the metro Boston area. Fair prices, exceptional quality work, and more value than you can find anywhere these days. It’s a no brainer.
Highly recommended!!!
Ask for ZOI and tell her Pete sent you;)
Absolute 10/10 experience at Brighton Laundry and Dry Cleaners! The owner is truly the sweetest person and went completely above and beyond to help me out. I was on a tight schedule, but she handled everything perfectly in such a short period of time. Plus, having top-quality laundry and dry cleaning available on Sundays is an absolute game-changer. The service is fantastic, but the incredible people behind it make it even better. I couldn't recommend them more!
