Ive been a customer of osterman since 2011. I received an invoice a week ago for a $220 minimum usage charge because apparently I failed to fill my 500 gallon tank within their calendar year, which runs 01 Oct-31 Sept. I immediately called because I keep my old fill slips and I always get my tank filled twice during the heating season. Apparently, I was 3 days early since I got fuel on 27 Sep which was 2 days before THEIR calendar year starts and then again in Feb. How or why would a company start their calendar year on Oct 1st? How could a customer of over 10 years remember that or recall that language in the contract? Their customer service dept had no sympathy nor...read full review
