Dr Aleksa is so great! She makes you feel listened to and gets on the animal's level -literally! She gets down to the floor with them and handles them so well. It's really nice to see the interaction between this vet office and my furbabies, and I'm so glad I switched from my old vet.

I would like to publicly share my story I had gone to Bradford animal Hospital on Monday. My dog has gone there her whole entire life. They are amazing people and compassionate Vetbut for the last few weeks, she has been extremely sick . But there was a nurse there that reassured me that I was making the best decision for her that I was taking her out of pain and I was letting her to go the rainbow bridge . but what’s stuck out to me was this nurse Jessica who reassured me over and over again that I was making the right decision even though it shattered me. I cried so many tears, but she told me she would take care of her. And over and over You are doing the best thing you could possibly do for her so I would like to say thank you to you, Jessica for everything you

My dogs Parker and Rosie both see Dr.Aleksa here at Bradford. Unfortunately Parker required TPLO surgery today and they had Dr. Powers come in for that- every single staffer here at this clinic has exceeded expectations in terms of both education and EMPATHY. Our experience at this clinic has been nothing but stellar. To top it off, Luis & Mary of Good dog aquatics know them well and work closely with Dr. Powers as well and had nothing but good things to say about them.
Alison especially, one of the receptionists, has taken every one of my calls in the last two weeks with grace and patience and has gone above beyond to get all of my questions and worries relieved.
Dr. Aleksa is always helpful and educated on all of my questions for all of our visits.
Unfortunately I did not get their names (I will ask next time) but two technicians stood out to me the most tonight. One of them was trying to get my parker out of his crate today and remembered that our other dog Rosie goes there- she sought out our file to remember her name and then said she asked Parker if he wants to come out and see Rosie? And it worked and she got him out of the crate smoothly and force free.
The other tech had a lengthy meeting with me upon pick up and gave detailed & highly educational instructions and suggestions on post op care. She discussed with me her own scary moments with her cats and dogs, which if you are in the animal industry you know is a reach out for empathy and connection, and answered all of my questions.
This clinic is privately owned, and in today’s economy makes an INSANE difference in what the techs and veterinarians are not only able to DO but helps drive the cost down within appropriate reason. It is extremely unfortunate how common private equity has become in the Vet Med world, through no fault of the individuals working the clinics, and I actively SEARCHED for a privately operated clinic. And I found one and will forever be grateful for it.
May this team always sleep well knowing that their hard work is noticed and appreciated.
Parker and Rosie have travelled across states, climbed mountains with me, and helped me start a business. There is no price I would not pay to receive care for them the way we always have at this clinic.

I took our 22 year old cat to be euthanized. She was barely breathing and was not aware of her surroundings. The doctor and staff were absolutely comforting and supportive. Our cat Frodo was extremely well cared for in life and at the end of her life. I can’t say enough about the love and care I felt, and feel, about this devastating experience. I was able to stroke, kiss and whisper to Frodo, and then she was gone. The charges were well below any other place around. Cremation and urn were extremely well priced. I would recommend Bradford Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a more intimate experience.
