Click 5 stars and they ask what went well. Nothing went well but the supportive staff helped us through it. They saved our dog, pup, family member 3 times in the past years. Sunday it was too much for our boy to make it through. Our sad day was well supported by the staff. Everyone from reception, nurses and doctors accommodated our dog and the very sad family. Can't thank them enough for the help on our sad day. Thank you very much for the compassion you showed. The nurse rubbing our pups ears while he was treated was something I'm sure he enjoyed in his final moments.
The care given to our dog (Baxter) was exceptional. Everyone from the people at the front desk, liaisons, techs and doctors showed compassion to both Baxter and us. I made many phone calls at all hours and never made to feel I was a bother. We knew that Baxter was loved and in good hands. To everyone there thank you from our hearts to yours. My experience with exotics specialist and generalist Dr. Kyra Berg and her assistant was delightful. Dr. Kyra Berg went above and beyond to help me have my African Grey parrots evaluated to obtain a health certificate for international relocation. She was kind, very knowledgeable, and timely in her response time. She handled my birds with great care and gentleness. I highly recommend Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists for anyone who needs an exotic parrot specialist.
