I started coming here after they were recommended by multiple people, and now I recommend them to others. I feel as my pets are always well taken care of here and any questions I have are answered. They are clean, friendly, and professional.

They knew who we were when we walked in (even though we were new), my dogs’ names were on the door(cute), we went right into the exam room, the techs were very nice and I didn’t feel rushed when asking questions or giving history on our dogs, Dr Higgins was very nice and informative without seeming judgmental. She made us feel like we did the right thing with waiting to neuter our large breed male and the pro’s and con’s of waiting to spay our large mixed female. They were up front about pricing and we got an estimate before check out. They were able to work with us to make it more affordable. Every person we've interacted with has been friendly, helpful and professional. We know how overwhelmed with pets they are right now, and feel lucky to have gotten a relatively quick appointment to repair our dogs cruciate ligament. Dr. Beaver explained the procedure very well, called to say that it went well, and Melissa explained discharge instructions very thoroughly, and our 75lb lab mix is doing amazingly well only 2 days post-op. We could not be more happy with Buzzards Bay Veterinary. Thank you!!
