We had a great experience working with Barret Phelan after a stressful situation at our Cape house. When we returned after the winter and turned the water back on that evening, one of the shower heads suddenly came off and caused a major water issue. We also lost water to the house, and I was worried that the hot water heater might not be working properly as well. It was complete chaos around 9:30 at night.
