7/18/Thu. Did gray coverage plus highlights. Rinsing the hair is really poor training My clothes soaking wet all the way to my back. During the hair blower the lady so rough and pulling and aiming to my scalp. It was very hot and burnt my scalp and ears. Grand Total of their service is really bad. I would never recommend Williana Salon to Anybody!

I’ve been going to this place for about 10years and I wouldn’t change them for the world.. I get styled by Santa (she’s awesome) And makes sure my hair stays healthy love them !

I had a great experience with Santa. She warmly welcomed me upon my arrival and the atmosphere at the salon was very pleasant. Despite being out of the country, Santa promptly responded to my appointment request and even called to confirm the appointment the day of. She efficiently fixed the layers that were not cut correctly by my previous stylist, and I am very happy to have found a new stylist in her. Looking forward to returning to have my grays toned lighter.

Absolutely loved the hair service I showed them what I wanted from Pinterest and they did it making sure I felt comfortable along the way. I did clip ins with layers.

@ least ~ every 6 weeks i've kept coming to Wilianas hair Salon to get my hair healthy. I just got today a hair treatments keratin or botox high quality products that u can also buy here & take home. The owner is a highly hair stylist with years of experience! Her staff welcomed you w a bright smile. It's a very nice environment each time.

They do a thorough job straightening hair but negligent with everything else. Paid for grey coverage but most of greys were still grey when it was done. They did not apply it thoroughly. My scalp & forehead were stained badly with the color and looked awful. Every time I would scratch my scalp, I would have thick black residue from the color under my nails. Paid $90 for blow dry and terrible grey coverage. And they don't speak a lick of English so you'll need a translator just to communicate. Parking was not easy to find on an early weekday morning. Would definitely not go back.

I’ve been looking for a good salon and stylist for a decade. I have finally found the person and place!! I went from black medium length to this beauty!! SANTA styled my hair based off the pic I provided and I couldn’t be more happier!!! She did exactly what I wanted and more!! I was treated very warmly and welcomed. It was a beautiful and peaceful environment. I am extremely thankful finding this salon and getting the experience I received. GRACIAS SANTA POR TODO QUE HACISTE!!!! ❤️
