    Both in-store employees who helped me were great! Didn’t feel rushed yet also felt attended to without anyone being overbearing and/or driven by “pushing” for a sale. Really appreciate the hospitality, support and insight. They make it really easy to manage everything in a professional manner

    My very first time visiting and purchasing glasses at a Warby Parker , and visited their Seaport District location and must say that the staff is amazing . Their prices are very affordable and more competitive than the other leading brand. I will definitely be back.

    I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker today. My frames suddenly broke in half, and since they were my only pair of glasses, I was honestly quite stressed. I went to the store with very low expectations, hoping maybe for a temporary fix or some guidance, especially because I had purchased them two years ago.

    To my surprise, I received outstanding service from Sarah and the store manager, Beau. They were incredibly kind and helpful and immediately offered a real solution: they had the same frame available and transferred my lenses to a new one on the spot. I truly didn’t expect that level of care.
