I order from Visual Comfort frequently for my home building business and I have only experienced excellent service and superior quality products. I enjoy working with Emily and she is very knowledgeable and responsive. You won't be disappointed! Some of the highlights I appreciate from Visual Comfort are the qualified staff and the variety of selections at a range of price points. needless to say, the lighting is beautiful but the customer service is just as wonderful. For me, customer service is critical for streamlining a design project and my team at VC was there for me at every crossroad. Greatly appreciated all of their help
