A bit disappointing. When I go in knowing exactly what I’m looking for, my experience has been good. However, on the occasions when I’ve needed help finding a product, I haven’t received any assistance. Employees have flat out told me they couldn’t help me. I understand that understaffing happens and that some times of day are busier than others, but this has occurred at least three times, even when I’ve visited during non-peak hours. For example, today I was there at 9 a.m., which is typically not a busy time. This is especially disappointing given that it’s the only beauty store in the area.

The workers here are lovely!! Very very helpful and go above and beyond. They even helped me remove a stain from my pants that I got from swatching lipsticks on my hand.
Unfortunately, I'm taking one star off. I came here to swatch a few lipsticks and eyeshadows I had on my wishlist, but unfortunately they were out of stock of most of them. Additionally, most lipsticks were not available to swatch. As someone with olive skin, shades look differently on me than they do in the packaging. I depend on stores like this to be able to try on before purchasing so this was disappointing.
