I hired this company to paint my home . They did damage to my windows , roof , fencing , etc I have sent many pictures to the owner and all he is interested in is ,meeting me to get a check .. I have ask several times for his insurance information and as of this evening have not received anything . I am beyond disappointment!!!! This company is awful!!! What a terrible mess they made to beautiful home!!!
My experience with Trust Painting seems consistent with David C's review from 2015. Paulo, the owner, does not seem to communicate well nor is he respectful of the customer's time/wishes. He comes across pushy in even scheduling a basic consultation appointment. After he arrived, he soon informed us that their company does not do ANY carpentry work and that they have some other guy do that portion. Although that really should have been clarified at the time of the appointment scheduling to not have wasted all our time - fine. The services they did on my home was supposed to be a simple interior job which required painting only 2 bed rooms. The owner Paul seemed very inpatient and did not know how to communicate well me or my wife. He seemed extremely rushed and the job was done subpar. I don't recommend Trust Painting to anyone and will be taking my business else where.
