I felt completely comfortable leaving them with my key, and they called me promptly when the job was done. Tom Tran and his team were excellent! They were affordable and very flexible with us. We had to finish our floors in 2 phases and at the last minute we decided to add a third coat of polyurethane on our heavy traffic floors. Tom and his team were very accommodating and truly did a beautiful job our floors.
