I have been to this nail salon several times in the past year and have been happy with the service. Today, however, I left with really short nails, which I did not ask for. I’m so disappointed. They said they would take 10% off but did not. I doubt I’ll go back.

I've been to Tinailery maybe 5 or 6 times between their older location and now at their newer Brookline location. I've also had attempts at Nail Art at some other local businesses, or and Tinailery has consistently given the best results. They have a large number of polishes available so they can achieve the desired color, but also they have a large amount of foil, gems, tools and tricks to achieve whatever nail art I bring their way from Instagram. I definitely recommend!

The nail extensions last a good 7 weeks. I like how meticulous they are with their polish application. I will definitely keep coming for manicures.
I did get a pedicure, just once, felt a bit rushed and did not get a foot massage as mentioned in the booking. Either they should provide the services mentioned or just don’t get pedicures here.
