I think it is hard to say just one thing! Perhaps it is all summed up with one word: WONDERFUL. The staff is always so pleasant and welcoming which starts at the doors of the spa when they smile as they see us coming and continues at the desk with check-in. THEN, the services!!!!! There are no words!
Excellent experience all around from booking an appointment, to the welcome at the reception and to an amazing massage by Tina. The staff and the environment truly create an oasis of relaxation and resourcing.
The facility is very beautiful. The treatment areas are lovely. The practitioners were excellent. The support staff was friendly, polite and very well-informed. Overall is was a very good experience.
The only negative was that the gentleman who showed me around the facility, although very informative and polite, but between treatments, I was in the quiet room resting with my eyes closed. He came in to show the area to a new/potential customer, which was fine, but then carried on a conversation with that person at my feet rather than taking the conversation outside of that room to continue to chat about the facility.
