I really like coming here for my Dermatology appointments as they have online booking and they are in a convenient location. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Al-Haseni is always kind and knowledgeable.

I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Neelam Vashi. She is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell right away that she’s a very seasoned dermatologist.
What I appreciate most is that she really takes her time and actually listens to your concerns. I never feel rushed, and she gives thoughtful advice that really supports what you’re looking for, instead of just pushing one approach.
She explains things clearly, makes you feel comfortable, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I always leave feeling confident in the plan we came up with.
Highly, highly recommend her if you’re looking for a derm who is both super smart and really easy to talk to.

I have to share how great Ashton Frulla, MSN, NP-C, DCNP, has been! My best freind receommend this place. I went in because I was dealing with alopecia areata and my edges were noticeably thinning, which was really stressful. As soon as he examined me, he knew exactly what I needed. That alone made me feel so much better.
Ashton Frulla explained everything clearly and put together a treatment plan that felt straightforward and manageable. He was honest about the process and emphasized that consistency is important. I followed the plan closely and within 3 months I started seeing real results, especially along my hairline. Before treatment, my thinning was so noticeable that I could not even wear my hair in a ponytail. Now I am confident that in a few more months I will be able to wear one again.
It has been such a relief to see improvement and feel like I am on the right track. Dr. Frulla is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly knows what he is doing! If you are dealing with alopecia areata or thinning edges, I highly recommend him. The staff there is extremely pleasant and make you feel welcomed each time you visit!

They are money hungry derms that treat you like a number and take your money. If you want someone that doesn’t see you as a $$$ please go somewhere else.
I have had past derm records sent to them and I sent them pictures two weeks after a visit of the tinea versicolor and then they tried getting me to come in for a visit because “it could be other things”. My diagnosis is already in my records but just because they haven’t made the diagnosis in person they want me to make another appointment to charge the insurance.
Having trust in your patients goes a long way.

I originally came to Dermatology Institute of Boston for concerns with rosacea and redness. Ashton was amazing and helped curate a daily skincare routine to fit my specific needs. My skin has drastically changed in the last few months thanks to the treatment offered to me at this office. Very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend.

Great staff and very knowledgeable doctors. I first saw Dr. Nawrocki, and then when I got a diagnosis, she referred me to Dr. Al-Hasani since he is more familiar with the condition. I feel lucky to have found this place! It’s also convenient to be able to get early appointments before work.

Ally the PA at this practice was lovely - great bedside manner, clinical knowledge and incredibly thorough. The staff here from check in to check out are always very pleasant and helpful as well. Beautiful practice I purposely drive into the city to continue to visit and will be requesting to see Ally from now on :)
