Honestly nothing to complain about. My washer broke in my apartment so I came here a few times but I was worried because of the bad reviews. It looks like every other laundromat that has been running for years in a city, so I don’t know why people are complaining it’s dirty, it’s just old.
When I was struggling with putting the quarters in the machine one of the workers came up to help. She was very direct and I can see how others view it as rude, but she did help me, she just didn’t use pleasantries. When going to the laundromat I had checked on my clothes frequently when washing them. When I came back 10 minutes later, my clothes was gone, and one of the workers had moved my clothes to the side without even asking me. very upset about that unprofessional, and didn’t even apologize for moving my things. recommend if you go here to keep a close eye on your clothes can’t even trust the employees.

I am always happy and satisfied with the wash and fold service! Staff is straightforward but polite, always on time for pickup, and clothes are consistently well laundered. I feel as though they charge fairly for this service, and have not been disappointed!!
