This place is an absolute gem and staffed with the loveliest, most helpful employees you could ever hope to meet! Not only did they figure an outstanding issue I had with my prescription but they expertly guided me through the process of finding new glasses, broke down the pricing for me, and even assured me that I didn't need to pay all at once. The care and compassion you'll find here is remarkable. Also, a special shout-out to Paul, who is not only hilarious and so nice but also a fashion icon whom helped me find new glasses I have gotten so many compliments on. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I have never felt compelled to leave a google review until now but Darryl and the team at South End Eye were phenomenal!!!!!!!!! I’d been putting off going to the eye doctor for a few months since I moved, but figured I’d take a shot here since it was close to my house. The doctor was incredibly thorough and answered all of my questions, and Phal and Martha at the front were so kind and lovely. They were even able to make my glasses that same day and made mailing out my reimbursement forms a breeze. Thank you South End Eye!! If you’re looking for a new optometrist I would highly recommend :-)

Fantastic experience - my sunglasses had a multitude of issues including bent hinges and temples/arms, loose screws, lenses falling out etc. I called, and they said come right in! Arrived, and just 5 minutes later, they were new again - thank you so much!!
