South Boston Dental Associates is Hands down one of the best Dentists if not the best in Boston. Dr. Barber is a fantastic dentist. Everybody at South Boston Dental is great. The hygienists are very nice and you feel comfortable in their hands. You know, Dr. Barber is not going to tell you to do something unless you should absolutely do i. They are professional and they are just plain great.

Booked appointment for solution to pain in my gums, was told I needed a filling, followed directions and got filling. Thought service was fine but pain of gums was not addressed.Leaving, I Paid in full, confirmed by staff. Later that week I got an email with a bill, I called to confirm that I paid and they told me that I had paid an estimate. This was not communicated to me before I went for the procedure or after when I was paying.Following appointment I went for gum graft in area that I was feeling pain. The wrong area was addressed, I called and let them know, they gave me a follow up appointment. When I arrived for follow up, staff did not seem to be aware that the wrong area was addressed.They refuse to treat the right area or give me a refund ($815 out of pocket plus $500 insurance).

Excellent care in a beautiful new space. The hygienist Jackie was very skilled and attentive. Doctor Osorio took his time and addressed all issues. Very efficient check out. Highly recommend to others.

The services were very good as always. Being a very old (45 yrs) patient from the Devonshire St. location, I wish it would be a little easier accessing the new location.

Great patient care! New office space is really nice! Park Boston App was easy to use & able to find meter parking on A street. I’ve been a patient of South Boston Dental for over 30 years. Since moving to Marshfield 18 years ago, I liked making the most out of my trips usually walking Castle Island after my appointment and now excited about checking out Seaport District!!
