Chris & Team, Wanted to take a couple of moments to say THANK YOU for the fantastic work that your team did in our common area renovation this Fall. First impressions are everything and, as you all know, our first impression (the view walking in the front door) was a bit weak prior to the start of this project. Your entire team was professional, timely, engaged, and most of all, talented, from start to finish! Wish I could include Chris Spivak and Maryam Delshad-Nik, as they were instrumental in getting is across the finish line. To the extent that you are still in touch, please express our gratitude! I just met with our property managers this morning – to review our financial numbers for the year and work on our 2019 Operating Budget. They both had excellent things to say about your company, your team and your work. This despite the fact that they were the primary competition for the renovation job at the Mews. They both felt like you delivered from a financial perspective as well. They compared the level of your work with other high-end builders, but felt that you offered a significantly better deal from an economic perspective. MOST IMPORTANTLY – they said that they would be very comfortable in recommending you as a vendor for upcoming project needs by their management company property portfolio.
