This place is amazing! Mia specifically has a true gift and has helped me skin so much after even just 4 visits. The vibes are so relaxed, it truly allows me to unwind during my visit. Mia takes her time and is knowledgeable, I literally look forward to my facial day every single month. Could not recommend this place enough, it is really special and very well run!

I had such a great experience at Skin Kind! I highly recommend. I booked a hydrapurge with a lymphatic suction facial, and Kayla was amazing from start to finish. She was super knowledgeable, explained everything she was doing, and made me feel really comfortable the entire time. The facial itself was exactly what my skin needed. It was deeply cleansing but still gentle, and I left feeling noticeably refreshed and sculpted. You can tell Kayla really cares about her clients and takes the time to tailor everything to your skin. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wanted to share my experience about a recent facial I booked using a gift card.
I specifically chose the medium peel listed on the website, and the menu also notes all facials include a face and arm massage. However, during my appointment I was told I would only be receiving a light peel instead, and that a massage would not be included. Very misleading.
While I understand that certain treatments may need to be adjusted, this wasn't communicated during booking over the phone, and no alternative or accomodation was offered.
Though the esthetician was friendly, the service just felt rushed and sloppy as I still had makeup under my eyes. She told me not to wash my face until the next morning so that the serum can penetrate. But how could my skin properly benefit if there's still makeup residue. Overall, the service just didn't meet the expectations set by their menu.
Because of the difference between what was advertised and what was actually provided, I don't feel the service reflected the value that was paid.

This place is extremely misleading.
I purchased a $199 gift card for the “Trio Elevation” service as a gift because their website listed a medium chemical peel as one of the main options. When my friend went in, she was only offered a light peel (No peel) and was told she had to pay an extra $50 for a “stronger peel” to get the medium peel that was originally advertised.
My friend didn’t know this and it was her first time at a facial spa, so she trusted what they told her. This felt like a clear bait and switch.
I called and spoke with the manager, Olivia. She did nothing to resolve the issue, she just apologized and said the website hadn’t been updated, and never followed up when I called the second time. No effort was made to fix the situation or offer to have my friend come back in.
They also tried to claim the light peel is equivalent to a medium peel, which is not true. Their own descriptions contradict that. One is a light peel with no downtime and the other was described as a deeper exfoliant.
The service itself didn’t match what was advertised either. No massage was provided even though it’s listed with their facials, and they falsely claimed my friend declined it. She also said her face wasn’t properly cleansed and still had makeup on.
On top of that, the aesthetician, Kayla, advised her to do a chemical peel before a tropical trip and just “use sunscreen,” while also trying to upsell her to a stronger peel. That’s concerning given sun exposure risks after peels.
After I raised these issues, they went back and changed parts of their website, but not even consistently. Some sections still showed the medium peel while others were updated. I have screenshots of what was originally advertised versus after they changed it.
Overall, this felt dishonest, poorly handled, and unprofessional. I would not recommend trusting what is listed on their website.

A fantastic experience beginning to end! My technician was excellent and I loved everything she did and all the products she used. The massage (face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands) felt so luxurious. Can’t wait to come back!
