Possibly the best haircut I’ve ever had. Shanna knows exactly what to do with coarse, thick, wavy/curly hair, both for cutting and styling. I don’t live in Boston but might be willing to make the trip just to come back!

Shanna did a great job cutting my hair! She was personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I showed her pictures, but also gave her creative liberty to do what she wanted when it came to layers and bangs. The salon has a great view of downtown crossing, so the appointment felt like it was over in no time! Shanna also offers complimentary bang trims, loyalty cards, and friend referral cards. My hair looks great naturally and styled. I will definitely be back!Services: Haircut

I don't always love how my hair looks the day after a haircut-- sometimes it feels like it needs a couple weeks to settle before I like it. I saw Shanna a couple weeks ago and I loved my hair immediately after, the next day, and all the days since. That's rare for me and I'm very pleased. Highly recommend, love her space, and she's also very kind, which is an added bonus!
