The R3vive [CrossFit] program became a game changer for me when I landed here from Tuskegee (Auburn), Alabama, three years back. The shift in weather and culture was stark compared to what I was accustomed to. Yet, amidst these changes, one constant remained: my R3vive classes and coaches.
