I had the BEST experience with Kendall! I’ve had a painfully nagging knot in my shoulder blade for years that I wasn’t initially totally convinced I needed PT for (after all, it’s not an “injury” just an uncomfortable annoyance). Once I realized it was restricting my movement and acknowledged it was affecting my quality of life, I decided it was worth giving PT with Kendall at try.
