I've been coming to Pilates Back Bay for 6 months now and I love it! The studio is beautiful, well equipped, and centrally located. Heather C. is such a fantastic instructor. She is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. I look forward to our sessions every week. I highly recommend Pilates BB to anyone interested in learning classical Pilates.
Kachina is an absolutely amazing Pilates instructor. She really listens and is hyperattentive to your form which is critical for getting the most out of Pilates and also avoiding injury. I highly recommend her and Pilates Back Bay
I took my first ever Pilates class here about 6 months ago and I haven’t stopped since. The teachers are amazing - particularly as a beginner, they made the learning process really encouraging. I’ve felt more and more confident with each class and most importantly, so much stronger. I suffer from chronic back issues and these classes (generally 2x/week) have improved my overall health so much. I am so grateful to this studio and each of its teachers!
