I renovate high-end New York co-ops and condos professionally and have found PID to be among the most welcoming and helpful showrooms in town. They are a family-owned business and still offer the personal care and attention that is being lost in this day and age of consolidation and corporate conglomerations. Anytime you visit the showroom, most likely one of the owners will be there to help. PID has an excellent selection of stylish, high-quality flooring, and they provide samples within a day, which is a blessing for designers working on a tight schedule.
