Been going here for so long and still can’t get the hairstyle to match the photo. Haircuts? No. Bleach and dye? No. Perms? No. I recently went there the other day for a perm and showed a picture for it, showing wavy curls from top to bottom only to sit there for 3+ hours and end up with a half hair of curls, looking like a poodle. Still paid full price for half of what I got..

I went for an eyebrow Wax and was met with much kindness and respect. The price was great and the service was even better. I will be returning soon to get a manicure and pedicure.

The owner cut my hair very fast, and the result made me wanna cry. Hair is not even at all very messy . Never come back :(

If I could give this place a zero star I would have . They have do very bad reviews that I should have read before coming back here . Can't do a layers haircut and careless with peoples hair . Took like 5 min with a razor to do a layers haircut and came out so uneven when I came home and straighten my hair , it looked so bad , honestly completely ruined my hair I had to fix my uneven layers he cut so uneven and short never would I ever go hair again and would not pay and give a nice tip again . Horrible hair salon !

10 stars definitely! Was running late for a meeting and called Phuong and as always, his chair was ready for me when I arrived. I requested a trim, wash&- straighten as well as bangs and Phuong actually made my Vision come to life with no hesitation and all in a timely manner! His vibe is everything & the place is so clean and everyone is respectful. It’s quiet and drama free and in a great location! The prices are super reasonable and unmatched from my personal experience. This is not my first experience here and it certainly will not be my last. Phuong is highly recommended by me anyday??❤️

STAY AWAY. My friend had a terrible experience here; and I saw with my own eyes the results. The hair stylist butchered her cut. He did not part her hair evenly before chopping it with scissors, he told her verbatim "you cannot get 100%." My friend is a grown woman and spoke up for herself and told him she wasn't happy with the results but he just ignored her and didn't do anything. He was so rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. worst experience ever. Stay away if you want your hair to be cute and have a positive experience. Shame on YOU! You're supposed to make people feel beautiful and instead you treated my Friend horribly.

The worst haircut ever. The guy cuts hair like he doesn’t even care what he’s doing..doesn’t part it properly and cuts random pieces without making sure it’s even. I told him it was way shorter than what I wanted throughout the cut and after he didn’t care. One side was longer than the other and he said something like “nothing can ever be 100%” Such a disappointing experience.
