I went to the Huntington ave location and they were closed down. In a rush i made it to the Commonwealth ave location just in the nick of time!! Sammy was extremely patient with me,(i changed my mind multupl times) yet she still was so accommodating. Sammy deserves 10 STARS!!

PBT is a great place to tan! Professional, friendly staff. They offer a great variety of options for beds and booths. They also offer spray tanning. Lots of different price points makes PBT very affordable. The beds, booths and bathrooms are ridiculously clean. Like I said...great place to tan!

Wasted almost an hour of my day at this place. I even had to end my tan early because the woman working the desk was so slow and then proceeded to tell me the wrong room to go into. Not to mention she was extremely rude about it and acted like it was my fault. In addition she didn't mention someone was in the room I wanted to go into until after I paid. So unprofessional. I am 100% going to get a refund and cancel my membership at an alternative location because I can't even be bothered to go back to this place again. Save your time and money and go to a better establishment where people aren't rude and can actually do their job in a timely manner.
