After sending all the documents needed, my application being approved and with the cashier check for deposit ready to go, I was told 1 hour before meeting with one of their agent that the appartment was rented and approved to someone else. Really bad experience as a renter ( I am not a landlord).

I'm very happy with this Property Management Company. This Past winter, during the pandemic, my thermostat stopped working leaving us without the ability to turn the heat on. I reached out, got an immediate response and resolution. I expected it would take a long time to resolve it with limited resources available and it was immediately resolved. I know that can't happen with all issues that may arise, but was grateful that it did with this one. And Having worked with other property management companies in the past that were simply terrible, I can tell you that this company is the most responsive and a pleasure to work with.
