Very expensive price for something that was not done perfectly! My dress turned out wearable (it’s not like they botched it completely, but it was very frustrating that I was told the dress would be altered one way and it was not altered the way I was told. They cut it a bit too short irreversibly and now can’t fix it when it was very clear I wanted it longer than the result. The people are nice, but for their hefty prices it should be done perfectly, and they didn’t care that much about how I felt afterwards. If you’re not willing to spend a huge amount of money be sure to ask for the price before, because if not they will send you an invoice probably of whatever... read full review

Carlos is a fantastic tailor with a lot of talent, expertise, outstanding skills, but also lots of mental aquity into the customer's perspective and desires. He has pride in his work and, most importantly he was very patient to address even the tiniest details! Great service!

I cannot thank Newbury Tailoring Co. enough for their incredible work and customer service! At every step, they went above and beyond.
I emailed Newbury Tailoring Co. with quite an unconventional project that tailors in my neighborhood wouldn't take -- taking two twin-sized comforters and altering them into a king-sized comforter with ties down the center, so that I can use it as our king-sized duvet, and then untie the laces and wash each half in my washer at home. This is a big deal to me, because I am disabled with illness and getting to the laundromat can be challenging.
