We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! You absolutely cannot beat the location but what stood out the most was the service. From the moment we checked in, every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. They were welcoming, kind, and accommodating. There were nine of us and we can be a lot but they just smiled and asked how they could help! Also the beds are super comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to book this hotel when in Boston. You won’t regret it - oh and special shout out to Mark - super helpful and nice guy!

We wanted to be in this neighborhood because of its proximity to an event we were attending. It is a lively spot and was extremely crowded on the day we arrived, but we received good directions to get to the parking spot in the alley behind the building, which worked quite well. Our room was quiet and the air-conditioning was top-notch. The shower and sink seemed to have been fairly recently renovated and the bathroom and room were both quite clean, despite the vanity cabinet looking rather old. It is an old building and the stairs are a little slitchy but there is also an elevator. The staff were very nice.
