Dr. Fernandez was fantastic and gave me four actionable suggestions. The most important one was about TENNIS. I have been unable to play regular tennis for three years because of a fall and all I could do was hit with the pro by holding onto a Rollator with one hand. She suggested I continue playing tennis by doing wheelchair tennis. I took a lesson three days later and I am off and wheeling. Thank you, Dr. Fernandez.

I just wanted to give the workers " DOCTORS, NURSES, SECURITY GUARDS, AMBASSADORS, ETC, CLEANERS, ETC IM SAYING ALLLL OF THEM DESERVE A SHOUT OUT AND A THANK YOU! I feel like this is the only hospital in Boston where all the people who work here are sweet, kind, and sensitive to each patients individual needs. BMC, CARNEY, SHATTUCK, all those places have really rude and careless people that work there. I guess BMC can kinda cop out to having to deal with so many people in active addiction, n claim thats why they treat patients like sh** and although i dont agree with it, i do understand how frustrating it can be to deal with active addiction when your not an addict... read full review

Hi I've been going to Mass General Medical Group for over 12 years and have had Dr Alice Kung for as long. They are part of Mass General Hospital and being a teaching hospital u get a resident and Dr Kung also comes in I have the utmost confidence in Dr Kung she is such s talented and extremely thorough Dr she leaves nothing to chance she knows all of my history she knows me my wife she makes it a point to know as much about her patients as possible I guess tats why she's so good. She's treated me for conditions I wouldn't trust a normal PC with I'd go to a specialist but with Dr Kung I feel more comfortable than with anyone else and if she didn't... read full review
