I had a tooth extracted at the Mass General Dentistry. The removal process chipped the adjoining tooth which had a cap. Their response to the request to repair it was to say they would pay only 25%. Not sure that I even want to go back to them. Not sure why I have to pay 75% for an error they made. Not happy!

A nightmare At Best!!!!!!!!! Call and the phone rings off the wall for 15-25+ minutes-no one picks up..Totally understaffed...1/3 of the dentists have left or retired....Takes over 6-9 months to get any cleaning...Unreal...90% of the remaining dentists...(Just a small group) are booked almost one year out...The desk staff says MGH does not want to bother increasing the staff..You would have to go to ER if you had a Dental Emergency....Most of MGH's facility have left the practice to find a Dental office that is staffed enough for the large group of MGH employees who also use this practice..HOW UNPROFESSIONAL that there is only one number to call to reach... read full review

Wow what can I say. I’ve been with MGH for years. I recently had to extraction and they are supposed to provide an estimate before my next appointment in advance but they have a pattern of letting me know I have a payment due 1 day prior. They quoted me 3800 for an implant which was outrageous considering they don’t even offer payment plans. I went with another dentist for so much less and I am happily changing offices. Also the front desk never answers the phone it’s so unprofessional considering it’s MGH and everyone holds them to a high standard of care.
