She also goes above and beyond in recommending at-home techniques and solutions based on deep technical understanding of the body. Maria is the best!! I'm a musician and avid weightlifter and was unable to play my instrument or lift due to a horrible pinched nerve. After my deep tissue massage with Maria I had so much relief the next day and the pinched nerve was completely gone within the week. I definitely recommend her to any musician who needs quick relief! This was also my first time ever getting a massage and while I was a bit nervous about what to expect, Maria eased my nerves and talked me through the process.
