We had a basement leak that would not go away. We had wasted years and thousands of dollars working with other contractors and so-called waterproofing experts to no avail. Malcolm contracting services came and helped us diagnose the problem by suggesting very obvious (in retrospect) tests. They patiently quoted different subprojects, to help us decide how best to solve the issue. Once we scheduled the work, they showed up when they said they would, and finished the job before they said they would, at the reasonable price they had quoted. They even took care of several smaller unrelated issues while they were here, which was extremely helpful. We haven't had a basement leak since. We couldn't recommend Jermaine, Emeka, and their crew strongly enough. Every time there is heavy rain we are grateful for their excellent work.
Jermaine provided me with an estimate that was much lower than the other two contractors that I called. He only did what he thought was necessary (not excessive) to provide a solution to our problem.
