Lou is the best cut in Boston! I recently moved to North Carolina but I would do anything for another haircut by Lou. Every visit felt less like an errand and more like catching up with a friend. Lou isn’t just good at cutting hair - he genuinely cares about each person who sits in his chair.
What always stood out to me was how consistent he is. No matter how busy the shop was, he never rushed, always paid attention to the details, and somehow remembered what was going on in my life from cut to cut. It’s rare to find someone who combines that level of skill with that level of personal care.
Incredible barber shop! I’ve been going to Tyler off of a couple friends recommendations since freshman year and I am now a senior and I will continue to go to him for haircuts if I’m still in the area. Run by very nice people, good service and great haircuts. Tyler has never done me wrong! Heavily recommend if looking for a barbershop near BU!

Got my first haircut from Louie's about two weeks ago, I got it cut by Tyler. He did a great job and he's a very chill dude. One of the best haircuts I've gotten in years, even though I was nervous at first because I haven't been here before. Am definitely coming back again.
