    Lean Force has been a great experience - I came in with zero knowledge/background and Federico has guided me thoughtfully through the whole process to avoid injury and understand what each movement is doing for my body. I feel stronger and have noticeable increase in lean muscle. Highly recommend!!

    Prior to joining Lean Force, I had struggled to develop a consistent workout routine, and would start and stop over and over again. I decided to take the plunge and work with Federico, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I have ever made! He has helped me gain strength and develop consistency that I did not know were possible, and it has improved my quality of life immensely. Highly recommend!

    Lean Force is a great, encouraging place to train for all levels. Really enjoyed the solo as well as couples training sessions. I've felt a clear improvement in strength and balance when playing sports too. Finally, Federico and Michael pay great attention to form and injury prevention - great trainers!
