I can't imagine the last four or five years of my autoimmune healing journey without Bell and his team. After my first visit with Bell to help me with Hashimoto's disease I started to weep--it was the first relief I had felt since my diagnosis (and flare-up) and I felt 20 years younger and 20 pounds lighter (from stress and discomfort/pain). Since then he has helped me with shingles and Long Covid. I don't know where I would be without him (unemployed and in bed?). He is attentive, caring and incredibly talented--as is his entire team.
