Have recently had massages with Night and Gina. Both are really good massage therapists and offer helpful recommendations around stretching to reduce sore muscles. If you are looking for a more sports oriented massage Night is really good.
Karland truly helped me get some needed relief of the worst back and muscle pain I have ever had. I had always felt that massage was just pleasure, but not as therapeutic as many suggest... I guess I was wrong!
I try to get a massage at least every 1-2 months for my achey upper back. After COVID restrictions had eased up a bit on massage parlors, this was the first place I tried. Tatiana is by far the best masseuse I have ever had. Whenever I go on vacation I get massages because they tend to be relatively cheap compared to prices in the US but they do not compare to Tatiana's. Tatiana's strokes are fluid and feel intentional. I think $150+tip is reasonable for a healing and relaxing 90 minute massage. The facility is clean and organized. The office doesn't have many frills like a spa. You get a sense that massages are their main focus. The environment in the room is calming. The massage table is comfortable and heated! I like how the bed hight is adjustable so that the masseuse can use their body weight for pressure which is more ergonomic and less taxing on their hands and fingers. I also think how smoothly the table moves is cool. I can't tell if i'm being raised or lowered. I have no complaints I highly recommend Tatiana!
