I like JVPT's approach to delivering high quality physical therapy services efficiently. I was contacted by a staff member shortly after leaving a message. She understood the importance of starting PT as soon as possible after having shoulder surgery. I had 6 weeks of appointments by the end of the conversation and an email within minutes with my schedule. I have the same therapist for all my appointments. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and explained the rehab steps he will doing and why. He respects and supports my expectation to be actively involved in my rehab.
