    Jet has been an amazing way for me to get back into working out. Danielle has been so encouraging, flexible and helpful. I’ve loved every minute of it. I’ll be signing up for my third package.

    I’ve loved my time here at Jet with all of the coaches! I’ve been training for 8 months now, working on strength training and working through a number of injuries. I’ve been able to build muscle, become more confident with weight training and become completely pain free during my work outs! I’ve also started working in the powerhouse Pilates program and love the balance it brings to my strength training. The program has helped me become more mobile, flexible, and aware of my body.

    JET, and specifically my trainer Dani, have helped me get to a place where my vision of myself finally matches the outside. Coming off a major hip surgery, as well as a historically messy relationship with exercise and food, JET and Dani have helped me recognize myself once again. Physically, I am in better shape than when I was 20, but the major change is mental- Dani has helped me re-imagine my relationship with exercise and food as tools to increase your longevity and function to live a long, health life.
