I discovered Kristin many years ago (5? 6? 7? I'm not even sure, it's been a while!) when I was searching for Deva curly cut certified stylists in Boston. At the time, she was working at a different salon. I stuck with her when she opened Honey & Comb because she is great at what she does. I go to her monthly for my balayage and root touch ups and get cuts three or four times a year. She understands naturally curly hair - how to cut it, how to color it, and how to style it. Sometimes I have her blow dry my hair straight, which is not an easy task. She's also very honest about when I need new balayage or if I could just get by with the roots. Had a wonderful first appointment with Kristin today. She was friendly and knowledgeable about what products I should use on my hair. Appreciated that she asked all the important questions before starting. In the end I was really pleased with my haircut. I have very thick hair and too often I have felt stylists were overwhelmed with my hair but Kristin made me feel right at home. Will definitely be back.
