Front desk staff are clueless and unaccountable. The practice needs better management.

Updating my review 3 months later down to a one star. They have not made any improvements. My fiance went to a 4 scheduled visit, was asked to arrive at 345, and was not seen until after 5pm. And guess what? None of the front desk staff updated anyone of the doctors being behind upon check in. Communication is still the worst I’ve ever seen it. On top of having appointments canceled and rescheduled to show up and be told it was never booked. I can not wait to look for another clinic. (12/5/25) The doctors for the most part are great- but when it comes to your appointment, please. They ask for you to come early for them to be 20+ mins late. That isn’t the issue though, this is healthcare and that happens. But the Communication is non existent. Front desk never lets patients know about physicians being behind and next thing you know it’s Been 40 mins. Please do a better job with communicating throughout the office about ETA and providers schedules.

They may have great physicians but the management of the clinic is abysmal. For example, they are unable to answer simplest questions----for example, which insurance do they accept and which one they don't--and send you all the way to Patient Relations for an answer. A simple robot would do a better job!

Echoing (it seems) everyone else in this review section: I made an appointment a year in advance, only for it to be cancelled and rescheduled for 6 months after the date of my original appt. Just called to cancel. Just get blood work done at Quest, people. Healthcare is dead.

Been going here since 2019. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Wrenn are great!

For 3 years I have had a gut feeling that I had something medically going on. For 3 years I felt like I was being gaslit, not listed to or heard, and frankly, just given up on. When you have a gut feeling – listen to it. I was encouraged to get a second opinion. I got tests done that were not even mentioned by Dr. Ford. I would religiously bring up concerns and express symptoms I was experiencing to Dr. Ford and her team at every visit. It never felt like a personal visit, just a “thank you, next.” Turns out I was right – I was diagnosed with something that explains all these symptoms. Listen and advocate for yourself. Trust your gut. Go elsewhere for primary care.

I got a surprise bill 8 month after service, too late to submit through my FSA. After enquiring and talking to Tricia I got a very rude response. I am loosing a lot of money because of their billing screwup.

I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled a new patient appointment nine months in advance and received both a reminder letter and a text message confirming the date. However, upon arriving at the clinic, I was informed at the front desk that the doctor I was supposed to see was no longer with the clinic. This lack of communication was not only unprofessional but also showed a significant disorganization within their system.Furthermore, after requesting an appointment with a new doctor and leaving the clinic, I was later informed via a call that the new doctor was not accepting new patients, leaving me without any support. This entire experience has been frustrating and a waste of time due to the clinic's internal mismanagement and poor communication. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I had an appointment canceled due to the doctors illness ( understandable). I rescheduled with for 2 days later but got a call today saying that my original appointment was available so I said I would be there. I had missed a few calls from the office that said that I could keep the new appointment if I’d like. I thought that I had already said yes to accepting the original so it was obvious that I didn’t want the alternative so why bother calling back. I showed up and the appointment was never scheduled. I missed work and paid to get to the hospital. The messages never said that they would not schedule me due to the new appointment. They wasted my time and dismissed me when I showed up for the appointment. No courtesy of an apology for the mix up. Very disappointed

Horrible!!! Don’t go! Staff are dirty and disrespectful. Had my appointments canceled multiple times without being told. Blood all over the walls and I got mansplained my own conditions which I’ve had for 30+ years. I’m a nurse with 10 years experience, I would never treat a patient this way.
