Frantz is hands down, the best personal trainer I've had to date, and I've had 7 in the past. I would give him 6 stars if I could! He comes to my apartment gym for our workout sessions. He's pushed me the hardest, and the results show how effective he is. Together with clean eating I've lost 24 lbs in the course of 6 months, and went down 3 dress sizes. I haven't felt this great since 4 years ago, and that's saying a lot -- as you get older it gets harder to lose weight, but with Frantz's expert guidance it can be done with hard work and commitment.
