A 5-star review for the office staff at this facility, specifically Amika Brewster and Jada Taylor. I came to the wrong place; they have two facilities in downtown Boston, but they swiftly helped me reschedule the appointment and showed authentic care for the patient. Cold weather but warm people.

Without ignoring that overall healthcare in Massachusetts has been in crisis since the pandemic, Fenway seems like a non-profit in the middle of an identity/mission/purpose breaking point because the broad target population LGBT they originally served is now integrated into mainstream healthcare, and Fenway is lost. There is no need anymore to have segregated healthcare by sexual orientation, except for specialized cases that mainstream cannot appropriately serve, leaving Fenway with a tiny target population. After ten years of care, I switched to a mainstream hospital.

Would do less stars if I could. Imagine a healthcare place so messed up that when you need to get your monthly med- they always forget to fill it and then you go off your meds every month. And they will never acknowledge that they are the issue. My advice to everyone : Fenway is a cooperation using lgbt population as a means to gain business. They don't care about that population.
