I just had the best massage of my life and I kind of can't believe it was right here in Boston. Erika is amazing. When I say it was like she knew intuitively EXACTLY what to do I'm not kidding. It was the perfect pressure and she spent just the right amount of time on every muscle. I went in there with such tight hips and a huge knot in my neck and I feel better than I have in YEARS. I will never go to another masseuse!
I went there today for a mani and pedi. Thuy my nail technician is absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job. The issues there are mainly two: the nail area is extremely run down, I would have expected more from a place like this and appointments are booked back to back. My technician did a wonderful job disinfecting and cleaning but she was clearly struggling. I arrived while the client before me was still there and another client came immediately after me while I was still drying my nails. Not the best policy during a pandemic. Exhale locations in Boston are outdated even the one on waterfront. The only reason why I went there is that I had a gift card and Bliss is temporary closed. Not sure this place is worth the price honestly. I'd rather go to MiniLuxe next time.
I got a massage and it was fantastic; however, it didn’t last the full amount of time I had signed up for (90 mins). I mentioned this to the front desk and Jessica was very accommodating. Wanted to call out her fantastic customer service!
