Run the other way. Unlicensed, Unregistered, and totally incompetent. Don't believe me ? Failed 2 Building Inspections and never finished the work. My roof leaked bad after the very first rainstorm

Hired for a single family house with mansard roof. Crew was great to work with, owner was open and honest about problems and listened to my concerns about where things could/should go. (vent pipe was partially blocking, needed drainage only on one side, etc...)
In the end, work was amazing and done with minimal fuss.
